JUNCTION / CAPABILITIES

Check features for your use case

Your connection results depend on the route, client, and destination site. Select a tab for details. The window is illustrative and does not show a live connection or speed test.

Speed and peak-hour performance: assess the full connection path

Connection speed depends on your local network, the cross-border route, and the destination service. IEPL, relay, and direct routes offer different paths to compare in real-world use—not just by region name. If pages load slowly during peak hours, keep your current settings, check whether regular websites open, then try another route in the same region. Video playback continuity and uninterrupted file transfers are better indicators of everyday performance than a single speed test. Coverage shows the range of available options; it does not mean every route performs the same on every network.

Military-grade encryption and your local network

Encryption protects data in transit, but local congestion, device sleep, or a closed client can still affect your connection. Review security information separately from speed.

Devices and data usage

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at once. When several devices transfer data simultaneously, keep your selected data allowance in mind: more devices do not mean more data.

Military-grade encryption: manage traffic and credentials separately

Military-grade encryption describes the transport security provided by this service. You should still store your account password, subscription link, and destination-site login details separately. Subscription links contain access credentials and should not appear in public screenshots or shared documents. On public networks, verify the network you joined and check the client connection status. Once on a website, confirm the domain and review browser warnings. Encrypted traffic does not replace a website's account protections, nor does it guarantee the safety of every downloaded file, webpage, or payment.

How to describe an issue

Note your device platform, the client message, and what you were doing when the issue occurred, then submit a ticket through the panel. Troubleshooting needs a description of the problem—not your full access credentials.

Unlimited devices: platforms and data allowances are separate

Connect as many devices at once as you need across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. You can use the same account on desktop and mobile; there is no need to choose a different plan based on device count. When picking a plan, focus on what you do: browsing documents, video calls, streaming, and transferring files all use different amounts of data. Unlimited devices means there is no device connection limit—not unlimited data. Find clients and subscription access in the user panel. After importing, check the connection status on each device so a local settings issue on one device is not mistaken for a service-wide route problem.

Where to get the client

Open the client page in the user panel and select your platform for download and import instructions. Marketing pages do not provide standalone installers or live subscription links.

How to compare data plans

Start with your usual tasks and usage habits, then choose a monthly subscription or data pack. More devices do not necessarily mean more data use; extended video streaming is worth factoring into your estimate.

AI tools: troubleshoot connection issues and account restrictions separately

Access to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can depend on network connectivity, service region, account permissions, and each platform's rules. If a page is blank or a response cuts off, first check whether other sites work, then see if the issue affects only a particular tool. For everyday use, keep your region consistent and avoid switching exit locations repeatedly mid-task. Routes can help optimize cross-border access, but they cannot replace a platform's account eligibility, subscription, or payment requirements. Only the platform itself can determine whether a feature is available; the route name alone tells you nothing about that.

AI Tools guide →
What to check when ChatGPT won't load

Check whether the page loads, your account can sign in, and the request completes. Note exactly where the error occurs to help distinguish browser, network, and platform issues.

Choosing a route for longer tasks

Check your connection before submitting a long document or starting an extended conversation, then keep your settings stable. If something goes wrong, save your work before troubleshooting and avoid switching regions mid-task.

Streaming: check the region, then test playback

Services such as Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube use your exit region, account details, and content licensing to determine what you can watch. Opening the homepage does not mean every library or resolution is available. Choose a route based on the streaming service and region you need, then test playback on your device. If buffering continues, also check your local Wi-Fi, other transfers, and player settings. Route support can change as platforms update their detection. VPNEJ does not equate regional coverage with guaranteed access to a service's catalog. For a closer look, follow the viewing guide to troubleshoot step by step.

Why does the catalog change after switching routes?

Your exit region can affect how a platform determines content availability. Your account and payment regions may also be checked. Use the actual page and playback results as your guide.

How to choose a data plan for video

Frequent, extended viewing makes your data allowance and usage habits especially important. Choose a plan based on how you normally watch, then adjust as needed using the usage details in the panel.

Refund policy: review your experience and order

This service offers a 14-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, check its data allowance, reset schedule, and supported platforms. After using it, assess whether it suits you on your usual network and for your actual tasks. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order details and request. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. Payment is supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; check the information shown in the panel before submitting payment. Refunds and route diagnostics are separate matters: a brief loading issue does not automatically mean you chose the wrong plan, and troubleshooting should not replace reading the terms.

What to include in a support ticket

Include the relevant order, platform, and what you need help with. For connection issues, you can attach a screenshot of the error, but hide your password and subscription credentials.

Monthly subscriptions vs. data packs

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packs last until used up and never expire. Check which billing option suits your needs before choosing.

ROUTES / PREVIEW

Popular regions and how to choose a route

120+ countries and 250+ routes. The regions below are popular examples for route selection, not verified node combinations. Check the user panel for current nodes, cities, and route types.

You don't need to start with the longest list of regions. First decide whether your task requires a particular region: work sites and AI tools depend on account eligibility, streaming depends on content licensing, and regular browsing is often best started on a region with a smooth connection. Once you know your target region, compare how IEPL, relay, and direct routes perform on your current network. Avoid changing the region, client settings, and local network all at once; otherwise, it can be hard to tell what caused a difference.

IEPL, relay, and direct describe different ways of organizing traffic paths; their names don't establish a fixed order that works best for everyone. Start with everyday tasks on your usual network, then keep an alternative route that suits your needs. After switching, check whether websites, sign-ins, and file transfers each work as expected. If only one platform reports an error, review that platform's region and account rules.

City names are examples to help with region selection; they do not mean a particular route type is currently available in that city. Route listings do not guarantee the speed of a specific task or access to any particular platform.

Choose your use case first, then check your local network and route. Live route listings are for reference only; test performance on your own device, network, and destination service.

TRAFFIC PACKS / Choose as needed

Data packs: use until depleted, never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data packs and monthly subscriptions differ in how you use your data: packs draw down from a fixed allowance, while subscription data resets monthly on the activation date. If your access needs are occasional or irregular, a data pack may be worth comparing. For regular use, choose a monthly allowance based on your typical tasks.

Payment is supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before submitting, check the plan name, price, and billing method. If you upgrade an existing monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; don't estimate it as a full new billing period. Check each plan's terms against the option selected in the panel, and read the Terms of Service for refund details.

FAQ / SELECTED

Account, connection, and billing FAQs

Start by matching your account access, client, and plan rules. For help with a specific order or issue, submit a ticket through the user panel.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and treat your subscription link as an access credential. Sign-in, plans, clients, and support tickets are all managed in the user panel. Marketing pages provide service information and guides. If you share a screenshot to ask for help, hide your password and full subscription link so you don't expose your account credentials alongside the issue.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

No. You can connect unlimited devices at once, but data use is subject to your selected plan. Monthly subscriptions include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB and reset each month on the activation date. Data packs last until used up and never expire. Choose an allowance based on your tasks and usage habits. Browsing, documents, and extended video streaming use different amounts of data, so don't estimate your plan based only on device count.

Where do I get the client and subscription?

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Open the client page in the user panel for platform-specific download and import instructions; sign in to access your subscription. After importing it, check that routes are available to select, then verify the connection and destination website. See the getting started guide for step-by-step instructions. If something goes wrong, note your platform and the error rather than repeating the import blindly or changing multiple settings at once.

If a streaming service won't load, is the route always the problem?

Not necessarily. Platforms use your network exit, account region, content licensing, and their own checks to decide what you can access. First check whether regular websites work, then check sign-in and playback separately. Opening the homepage doesn't mean all content is available. Coverage does not guarantee access to a particular catalog; refer to the platform's actual checks. The viewing guide explains regional checks, common errors, and route selection so you can review the details before changing settings.

How do refunds and monthly subscription upgrades work?

This service offers a 14-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. For an order request, submit a ticket in the user panel with the relevant order details and what you need. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Payment is supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your selection before changing plans, and don't confuse monthly subscription terms with data packs that never expire.
